Refund policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase from FeatherSonline.in. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we offer a Return & Replacement policy to assist you.
1. Returns
At Feathers, we want you to love your purchase. However, If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the product within 3 days of delivery for a refund.
Replacements are only provided for defective items from our end.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel, please note a charge of shipment will be levied on the customer.
In case of Prepaid/COD orders where the customer is not able accept delivery, due to whatsoever reason, and the package is returned to warehouse, cost for further attempts will be borne by the customer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Eligibility for Returns:
Item must be unused and in its original condition with tags, labels and packaging intact.
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product as per the said conditions.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at care@feathersonline.in within 3 days of receiving the product.
Kindly share the following details:

⦿ Proof of purchase
⦿ Reason for return
⦿ 3 to 5 Product Photos
⦿ Customer Bank Details
Once approved, we will dispatch a replacement product within 7 working days. Return shipping instructions and a shipping label (if applicable) will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
